Smart Tony Quinn gives his take on McC and his motivations:

"Why would McClintock risk handing the governorship to the most liberal Democratic candidate on the ballot? The answer is revenge ---an irrational emotion in politics that often trumps all others. McClintock is getting even."

Lost of posts all over the net about the California Republican Party endorsement for Arnold, but did you know that it was unanimous?


Some question the benefit of this endorsement - at least one big one - postage rates. Official state political parties receive the lowest possible postage rate. It use to be less than half the non-profit bulk mail rate (if memory serves)
